Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300-325°F
Place the roast in a large roasting pan or cast iron pan, season it with salt and pepper
Arrange potatoes, carrots, and onion around the meat
Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the roast and vegetables
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
Cover tightly with foil
Bake 3-4 hours until meat is fork-tender (check around 2.5 hours - if it looks dry, add 1/2 cup beef broth)
Serve over rice (shred or slice the meat)
Notes
When it's ready, the meat should fall apart when poked with a fork.
