Crab Louie

Ingredients
Instructions
Boil pasta according to the package directions, drain and cool (don't forget to salt the pasta water)
Chop imitation crab into small or medium sized chunks
Mince the onion, and dice the celery
Add all ingredients to a large bowl except the mayo and old bay
Combine 1/4 cup mayo and the salt, pepper, and old bay in a small bowl
Mix the mayo and other ingredients together, adding more mayonnaise as needed until the salad is creamy
Notes
This is actually not a crab louie recipe at all. It just sounds fancier when you call it that. I don't think a real louie would use pasta.
