Dukes BBQ Hash and Rice

Ingredients
Instructions
Sauté onions with potatoes in a little oil until onions are tender.
Stir in black pepper.
Pull pork and add to potatoes and onions.
Fill with water until covered.
Cook until potatoes are done.
Blend mixture slightly in a blender and return to pot.
Add BBQ sauce, ketchup, hot sauce to taste and vinegar*
Simmer until it's the consistency of thick soup.
Take off the heat and add butter
Serve over white rice
Notes
You'll probably want to cut this in half... save the other half and serve it with the Dukes BBQ Sauce recipe or on buns.
*Once again, skip the vinegar or cut it drastically. 1/8c max...
If it's too light in color, add more ketchup
