2q Apple cider vinegar

2tbsp salt (to taste)
1tbsp black pepper (to taste)
Texas Pete (for more heat)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well. Use to baste pig and to season chopped barbecue to taste.

May be stored in a tightly sealed container without refrigeration
