Gouda Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
Instructions
Heat up some heavy cream, and maybe some milk.
Gradually add gouda, allowing it to melt in between handfuls. I find that it is easier to do it gradually.
Season with a bit of salt and a lot of white pepper.
Stir in cooked penne. It should be creamier than what I served, I didn't have enough sauce for all the pasta.
Stir in some cooked, chopped bacon.
Add more milk or cream to thin it if necessary to maintain a good consistency.
Serve.
