Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Split avocados, remove seeds and spoon into a bowl

  2. Cover with lime juice by squeezing the lime over the avocados

  3. Finely dice the roma tomato (using a serrated knife to slice helps) then chop to make finer

  4. Mince the jalapeño

  5. Mince the onion

  6. Mince the garlic

  7. Chop the cilantro until extremely fine

  8. Add any remaining lime juice (to taste)

  9. Add all ingredients, mash with a potato masher

  10. Add salt & pepper (only a little but it does help the taste)

Notes

Substitute yellow onion

Cilantro can be chopped more loosely but affects the quantity. Add more for a rougher chop

If you don't have a potato masher, first use a fork and butter knife to cut the avocados and then mash with the back of a wooden spoon
