Ingredients

Instructions

  1. On a clean work surface, combine semolina and salt

  2. Make a well in the center, and pour in egg, water, and oil

  3. Combine with hands or a dough scraper to make a stiff dough

  4. Knead for 10 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic (there should be no cracked edges)

  5. Wrap dough in a towel or place in a plastic bag and let rest for 20 minutes

  6. To cook, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil

  7. Add pasta and cook until tender, 3-5 minutes

Notes

When making lasagna, you do not need to boil the pasta
