Honey Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
Instructions
Wash and peel carrots (4-5 carrots per person)
Trim the ends but leave them whole
Place in the air fryer (trim if they don't fit)
Slowly and evenly drizzle honey over the carrots and shake to cover
Add about a tablespoon of olive oil
Cook at medium temperature for about 8-10 minutes
Raise temperature and cook until slightly charred
Lightly dust with lavender or thyme
Lightly salt and pepper (for appearance)
Notes
For a more even appearance, do this in the oven by lining a baking sheet with foil and parchment and roasting at 400 F for about 20 minutes
It is important to put the honey on before the oil because if you do it the other way the honey will just slide off the carrots
