Lavender Honey Butter

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. homemade butter
• 1 heaping tbsp. honey
• 1 tsp. fresh lavender leaves, chopped
• or 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender
• fresh lavender, as a garnish

Instructions

1. Pick the lavender leaves off the stems.

2. Finely chop the lavender leaves.

3. Stir the lavender leaves into the butter using a spoon.

4. Don’t overmix – you don’t want the butter to get too soft before adding the honey.

5. Blend in the honey.
