Olive Tapenade

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of your food processor, combine all of the ingredients (pitted olives, parsley, capers, olive oil, garlic and lemon juice)

  2. Pulse briefly about 10 times, then scrape down the sides of the jar

  3. Pulse 5 to 10 more times until well chopped, but not pureed, or until you reach your desired texture.

  4. Serve as desired.

  5. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

This is much easier with a food processor but can be done by just finely chopping all the olives.
