Instructions

  1. Mix all the above in a bowl

  2. Make sure the mixture is not watery

  3. Heat oil in a fryer -- there should be enough oil that the paoras don't touch the base of the pan

  4. Test the oil by adding a tiny amount of batter. If it floats the oil is hot enough.

  5. Add small amounts of the mixture without making it compact

  6. Fry until cooked
