Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

• 2c extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2oz jar of pimentos, drained
• 3tbs Dukes mayonnaise
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Shred the cheese, then chop finer

2. Chop the pimentos into diced or minced fineness

3. Add mayo until mixed but not runny
