Ingredients
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into 1" cubes
Cut the onions to about 1/4" dice
In a medium bowl add potatoes, oil and seasoning, but do not add salt and pepper until the end.
Now preheat the air fryer at 375F/190C.
Air fry the potatoes on the french fry setting, tossing frequently, about every five minutes
Add the onion about halfway through the cooking time to prevent burning
Add rosemary, if using, in the last 5 minutes of cooking
Salt and pepper at the end
