Roasted Asparagus

Instructions
Wash and peel asparagus (peeling is optional but makes it fancy)
Line on a pan and drizzle with olive oil
Add coarse salt and pepper
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes
Notes
Do not overbake
To air fry, skip the salt and pepper and the olive oil drizzle, and instead lightly coat and air fry on the vegetable setting. Dress with salt and pepper when it comes out.
