Salmonette

Ingredients

• 14oz can of salmon
• 1 slightly beaten egg
• 1/2c flour
• 1/2tbsp baking powder
• Reserve 1/4c liquid from the can
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Mix salmon, egg, and flour.

2. Add baking powder to salmon liquid

3. Beat with a fork until foamy

4. Add to salmon mixture

5. Pan or deep fry until golden
