Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Press pie crust into 9" pie pan

  3. Pre-bake pie crust for about 10 minutes

  4. Set aside

  5. Sauté onion, garlic & spinach in butter until onion is soft - add salt & pepper to taste - set aside

  6. Combine cheese with cooled spinach mixture

  7. In medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk

  8. Spread spinach mixture into the bottom of the pie crust

  9. Pour egg and milk over the spinach mixture

  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes

Notes

If crust starts to get too brown, cover edges with tin-foil

For variants, skip the spinach and use sausage, bacon, peppers, more onions, mushrooms or other ingredients at about the same quantity.
